Hi, I'm Jessie!
You'll find me in Raleigh and the surrounding areas, camera in hand.
Let's capture some photos that make you feel like you.

I'm a mama and wife. My beautiful daughter, Brenna, is the inspiration behind Jessie Peloso Photography. After she was born I was rocked by how quickly she was changing and how my moments with her in her tiny newborn stage seemed to be slipping away right before my eyes.
I have always loved photography, but with this new urge to capture every little moment - this long time dream of mine was brought to life shortly after the birth of my daughter in the fall of 2021.
With the support and encouragement of my husband, I finally took the leap and haven't looked back since. I'm forever thankful how life has led me to make this daydream into my day job.
I'm a Raleigh photographer who loves making sessions a fun and interactive experience to capture the most authentic you.
You can usually find me with a leash in one hand and a coffee in the other. Our crazy pup Kya is a sweet Blue Heeler and loves fetch, doing agility, and making mom spill her coffee on our daily walks. Now with the addition of our daughter, Brenna, I usually have a stroller in tow too. :)
Family comes first. We moved to North Carolina from our favorite place in the world (Arizona) so that we can be within driving distance to family. Although I miss that desert sun and the life we created there, there is nothing better than being able to drop everything and get to family whenever we want or need. My family is large, loud, and full of love- just the way I like it.
I’m always game for donuts. Or pizza. Or ice cream. Or any food really. I love trying different foods, attempting to cook something new, and spending time with family and friends over a shared meal.
Basically- I’m just here for a good time surrounded by the people and things I love. Any questions about me? Please - don’t be shy!
3 things to know about me as your photographer
01.
I believe the 'in between' moments are what we're truly here to preserve. I love those sweet candid moments of laughter shared between poses, a shy toddler peeking out from behind mom's legs, or the loving glance from one partner at another.
02.
I think the photos worth looking back on are the one that launch you right back into how you felt in that season of life. That means - come as you are. If you're family is laid back, if you're playful, if you're silly - let it shine through.

Sessions are meant to be fun. Preparing for them should be easy. I'm here to help you with both. From style guides and location scouting, to fun prompts & games- I can make even the most begrudging of people leave our session thinking 'that was actually a good time!'.
