ready to book?
1. when, where, & the boring stuff
we pick a date and location for your session. I typically photograph outdoors starting an hour after sunrise or two hours before sunset. up next is a contract, questionnaire, and invoice.
2. it's party time!
you show up to your session ready to have some fun! I'll make sure you're totally prepared for your session to have the best experience possible.
3. deliver memories.
you can expect a full gallery in 1-2 weeks. Woo!

where will we have our session?
I am based in Smithfield, NC but travel all around the Raleigh area. I have some go-to spots, but I am always open to suggestions as well!
can I bring my pets too?
You bet! I am a dog momma myself so I know how important it is to include your furry family members too. Many of our shooting locations are pet-friendly.
how long after my session will I get my pictures?
Waiting is no fun for anyone - I always aim to return edited albums ASAP after our session. Typical turn around time is 1-2 weeks so you can enjoy and share your pictures right away.
when do I pay for my session?
I require a 50% deposit fee upon booking and then the remainder is due the day of our session. Your session price includes the number of professionally edited photos included in your package with the option to purchase additional prints if desired.
where are you located?
I am based in Smithfield, North Carolina. Areas served include: Raleigh, Clayton, Garner, Cary, Apex, Fuquay-Varina, Benson, Wendell, Knightdale, and beyond! We serve the Wake County and Johnston County areas.
family photos are stressful! what if my kids don’t cooperate?
You're not alone - I hear this ALL THE TIME! Let's be real: as a mom, I know kids can be kids. As your photographer I do not strive for 'posed' portraits but rather we capture your family just as they are. If your child wants to run and play, you will have some fun movement in your pictures! If your child is a bit more reserved, I'll be sure to capture those sweet snuggles, too. This will tell the story of your children as they are in this stage of their lives- and our aim is to help preserve these memories for you to look back on for years to come. Feel free to bring any favorite toys, snacks, or anything else might make your kiddo feel more comfortable. I'll be sure to make it a fun experience for all - parents included!
